Windsor/Aughtry has commenced construction on a six-story, mixed-use development in downtown Greenville, SC, at the corner of Main and Broad Streets adjacent to City Hall. The development includes a 135 room Courtyard by Marriott hotel accompanied by 65,000 square feet of office space with street-level retail. One part of the retail component will be Nantucket Seafood Grill, a fine dining seafood restaurant. Also included is a 250-space parking garage and an open-air green plaza. The project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2009.
